Citrus Scions?

I have some well-established sour-orange that I've cut back to the ground 3 times and it grows back 6' tall in 3 months time.  I'd like to graft some mandarins or blood oranges or navel oranges to it (I do have variety preferences, but beggars can't be choosers).  I know that citrus scions are prohibited at the AZRFG Scion Exchange in february, and none of my family or friends have cool fruit trees for me to take from.   I'm loath to knock on strangers' doors.  Anyone have any ideas where I can get a Golden Nugget Mandarin or Moro Blood Orange scion?
