about the class:

Did you know you can make wine with pomegranates? Or even mangos!? Interested students will learn how to make wine easily and inexpensively. The lecture will articulate how to prepare the fruit, what nutrients to add, how to activate the fermentation, what to do to during the process, and how to rack & bottle the wine.

Pre-registration recommended.

about the instructor:

Lisa Miller grows champagne grapes - it takes a year for grape wine to be ready. Lisa makes wine using any fruit - with 40 fruit trees; including but not limited to strawberry or honey mead (which can finish in 30-60 days). Her principles apply to any fruit - so grapes, plums, peaches, citrus, ANYTHING really. Some of her best wines have been made from tangerines.
