Chickens make great pets, efficient bug- and weed-eaters and excellent soil tillers, not to mention all the fresh eggs! Learn everything about how to raise chickens in your backyard.
about the instructor: Local artist and urban-chicken expert Rachel Bess, author of Fowl Play: Your Guide to Keeping Chickens in the City, will tell you everything you need to know about raising chickens, from taking care of the chicks to adhering to city ordinances.
